International Orders + Customs

International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the receiver.

LucyKing Limited is not liable for any customs-related charges. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the parcel will be abandoned or destroyed by the courier or customs authority.

We recommend checking your country’s current import rules before ordering - just to avoid any unwelcome surprises.

MAKING A CLAIM

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lucyking.co.nz.
For lost parcels, please get in touch within 14 days of dispatch.

To help us investigate things quickly with the freight company, please include two photos of each of the following:

• The damaged item(s)
• The inner packaging
• The outer packaging
